Easy 4 miles with the Gustie crew on the morning of Kate and John's Wedding!
Knee cooperated well.
However, it got sore late in the evening after being on it all day and a bit of dancing.
I was proud of myself though, I kept the dancing very minimal and under control because of the knee- a tough task for me.
