2 mile warm-up

6 mile tempo.

1 mile cool down.

Great workout. nailed it. Really excited because I'm feeling right about where I hoped to feel at this time. I can run a continuous 6 mile tempo at the pace I could only run a 1x5 or 1x6 mile tempo with 2 mins rest in between each mile a few weeks ago. Yes, I realize most of that is simply neurological adaptation and not actually fitness gain, but it still feels good.
