Warm-up and Cool Down

2 mile warm-up with Tricia, Kara, Hannah, and Brenna. Just barely got into the trail system right at the bottom of the bluffs on the edge of La Crosse's campus. Hixon trails maybe? I'm not entirely sure which systems are called what around there.

Cool down was a mile of jogging inside the track while watching the men's 5k, and then 3 miles on the trails with Brenna and Yarrow. I was in a very elated state post race, so the cool down was pure bliss. Been a while since I've run with Brenna and Yarrow at the same time, what a treat!

Towards the end of the 4 miles my legs started to feel a bit heavy, but overall I felt great.
