Notes
Had a good, easy, recovery day today. Nothing felt too bad, but after a good mileage day yesterday and still feeling the effects of a big weekend, a nice, easy day felt like a good idea. The only thing that stuck out was my quads. In pilates on Tuesday Shauna had us doing a new quad strengthening exercise and oh my dear lord my quads are shot. I don't feel bad about it because everybody on the team says their quads were sore from Tuesday.
Looking forward to hopefully another good mileage day tomorrow and feeling a little more spark.
