L4 ski workout with Anders.

40 minute warm-up, and then 6x2 min at L4.

Felt pretty good on the pieces, and they got HARD towards the end. Gotta learn how to ski suffer again.

But I was proud of my ability to hit L4 on roller skis. L4 on rollerskis is tough because your technique has to be good enough to allow you to get up to that sort of pace and effort without losing it. Plus in general people are a lot more adventurous on snow than they are on pavement, and understandably so.

Before this past summer of rollerskiing I wouldn't have been able to accomplish that workout, so I was very pleased.

Ski workouts are fun, excited for more to come.
