I ran the big loop twice to get some serious mileage in today. I ran the first loop in 46:13 and the second loop in 37:16. So my first lap was a warm up at 8:25 mile pace, and the second lap was a cruising lap at 6:47 mile pace. It felt sooo good to be running in the cool weather. I also enjoyed being around people that spend their saturday mornings being active. I hope to continue this lifestyle for the rest of my life :-)
