Notes
This is what running is suppose to feel like. Relaxing, enjoyable, helps to pass the time, helps me think, helps me plan, helps me aspire to be a better me. :-) I need to note to myself that it takes my body 40 minutes to warm up to it's comfortable speed. I started really slow thinking that this entire run would be garbage miles. Little did I know that my body was going to make it to cruising speed, haha. I just feel soo good right now! The views down on the Katy trail at the end of a sunset are incredible. The only thing that could have made this run better would have been to share it with someone else. Maybe next time ;-)
