Stopped for water from fountains at west end of marina and junction of MLK and Crossover. Six 15s strides coming back through panhandle. Achilles was achy at times but not painful (a minor miracle considering how bad it was yesterday pm); I sliced off the tops of the heel tabs on the Tarthers which may have helped — the tabs were too high, digging into my achilles when plantarflexing.
