Piriformis is much better, stiff, but most of the non-running soreness has gone away. But its still really tight when I run, and seems to get a little fatigued. And right now, I am not sure if running is helping or slowing it down. So I have decided to shut it down until at least Sunday. Concentrate on stretching and getting things back to normal.
Its not bad, and I could run through it, but I am just not convinced after Saturday that's a smart idea.
