Notes

everything felt fine till about mile 3, when the left side of my left foot, really tightened up. Never quite got to the point of "hurting", but was nagging and kept getting tighter. By mile 6, it felt like its was cranked as tight as it could go. So I decided to err on the side of caution and stopped. Came home, and iced it, then went at it with the lacrosse ball. Feels better (which of course, makes me feel stupid). Probably the right thing to do. 3 weeks till the race. Two more long runs to get over 13 miles.
