This was not supposed to be my speed workout. But felt good to be running, and I had alot of energy. When I saw what my pace was @ 5 miles, I just decided to finish off speed work for the week, and tacked on the mile.

Bottom left corner of left glute still tight, but not sore. Stretched and iced when I came home.
