Notes

Runs continue to improve. Calf/hamstring/ITB soreness showing up later and later in the run (around 2.8 miles), which means I am probably getting used to the shoes, or the exercises are working, or some combination of the two.

Either way run felt great, no real discomfort. ICED for 10 minutes after, some foam roller work.
