Overall this was a good run considering it was hot (started at 68 and end at 75) and 100% humid. My goal was to have a 4.6 mile warm-up, then, finish the last 14 at marathon pace. I decided to run a little faster the last 2 miles. I still had a lot of gas left. If I raced with 100% effort I think I could have maintained 7:10-7:15 pace. I was not tired when I crossed the finish line. I've had tempo runs that felt harder. 2 weeks until my taper starts. I feel confident.
