Bloomingdale turkey trot. I'm in great shape, not sure what I'm going to do now. I'll see how I feel tomorrow, I have nothing to do here.
Chased Chris for a good mile and a half before he started pulling away the backstretch of the first loop. He definitely doesn't seem injured lol. Was a bit surprised at the time from how sucky this felt, especially towards the hill part. Josh Mangini passed me going up the last hill into the finish straight, but I took 3rd overall. When I finished I turned around and did the mental gesture to Dan hahaha. Then I had a good 10 minutes of coughing.
I haven't lifted in a while, so my legs were a bit soft going into this - aerobically it wasn't too bad, I just wasn't taking the impact as well as I will in a couple months.
