Wanted to do something that felt a little quicker, because I felt like I was sprinting during my mile and 800 repeat workouts. Still felt slow, but I'm pretty happy with the times here. Was initially thinking I'd aim to average about 73, but ended up going sub 71 pretty automatically, and even the sub 70s didn't feel like a strain. For a solo workout I'll take it.
