2x(4x400), 4x200m
200m jog between intervals, 200m walk between sets
Not too happy with this one. I'm not getting that speed at ALL. Gonna take some more time I guess. After the first set, I thought maybe I wasn't giving myself enough recovery so I started walking the first 50m of the 200m recoveries. Helped a bit, but the speed still wasn't there. Was having trouble getting through the 200 in 35/36.
