Bit of a workout, last one before the thon.
3 sets of 1mi @ tempo w/ 2 minutes recovery jog
Feeling really good - I think the taper must be working. I was pulling back the whole time on the tempo miles, trying to hit around 5:45-5:50. Felt pretty easy, I think I could have done a bunch more miles like this. Feeling pretty good about the marathon right now. Gotta do some more planning, but definitely planning to try to keep it a smart race with a negative split.
