Notes

ran 15 min warmup and 11 min. cooldown. ran 4 mile tempo with andras. goal was 6:30-6:40 so i paced him. we ran 6:33 and 13:00 for the first 2 miles. our last mile was 6:28 and 25:49 total. I felt real smooth as i should at that pace but it was alright not to push as i did push the second half of yesterdays run a little. also 5x30/30
