Ran the big loop for the long run early before christmas eve festivities. Temps were real cold this morning. Around 5 degrees and below 0 feels like with wind chill. Had to run with a buff. Running up the parkway to pigeon forge was into the wind. Legs felt ok overall but took to about 40-45 minutes into the run to really start feeling good. once on teaster I was moving pretty decent. Ran 7:51 on the old mile up to the apartments. Got there in 1:01:41. Wind was at my back once on veterans. Got to collier in 1:27:11. Past one other runner. Made it from collier in 22:48 and back to the car in 1:49:59. added just a little extra. happy with the run overall. Felt smooth for majority of the run.
