Workout: 6 x 1k @ CV(3;48-53)/230 meter jog rest + 3 x 45 second hill @ 2k-3k effort

Overall very happy with this workout and showing progress. Breathing was a little heavy on this workout but felt like it got a little better actually as the workout went. On the third rep my left achilles at heel attachment had a sharp pain about 10 seperate times during the rep. Was a little worried as my calve has been tight at the start of runs. But after that rep it was good to go which I was happy about. Last rep a little fast but I used it to learn to stay up on competitors and Whit pushed the rep when she felt I was there so that is why I don't always run up on her. On the hills the first rep took off a little too hard and the last 15 seconds or so were tough. Last two felt good and strong.
