Workout: 4 x 200 @ R (40)/200 jog + 8 x 400 @ AP (87-88)/30-45 sec rest + 4 x 200 @ R/200 jog

first two 400s went off 45 sec rest but then moved it down to 30 seconds for last 6.

Wanted to get in a combo workout today in case i race either the Tunnel run trail race or Maryville Trail race in a few weeks. Warmup the legs felt ok. First 200s went smoother then I thought. Then moved to the 400s and had moved the rest down because I was having trouble slowing down to my goal pace which was more important to me. Felt pretty good running the 400s at that pace off 30 second rest. The last 200s just tried to run as smooth as possible. Overall pleased with how this workout went and how I felt.
