Workout: 6 x 600 @ CV (2:16-21)/200 jog + 4 min rest + 8 x 200 @ 38-40/200 jog

Overall I am pretty pleased with this workout as prep for a mile TT on Thursday. On the CV portion I felt strong but breathing not exactly what I was hoping. But pace was pretty good and even overall. Finished out to 3 miles in 20:09. took 4 minutes then ran 200s at mile effort. Felt fairly smooth on those. Trying to picture the whole time holding the pace for a mile. Ready to go on Thursday. This workout has progressed nicedly
