Workout: 2 Mile @ LT (2 min rest)+ 2 x 1 mile @ LT/1 min rest + 4 x 30 sec hill @ 1500 effort

Conditions were tough. 28 degrees with wind 10 mph and snow/ice lightly covering the whole park. Good conditions goal was around 6:17-24 and with the conditions I was going to be ok if a little slower however I really wanted to hit splits so effort was maybe a little harder then LT effort. When I started I wanted 4 miles @ LT but wasn't sure how I would split it up with the conditions. In the first rep I figured might as well do 2 straight while fresh. 2nd mile slowed a bit to probably around the right effort on the day if I was honest. But with the last 2 split up it was ok. Took pants off after the 2 mile so I started quick on the 3rd but tried to relax. This was a solid effort with slipping and not being able to take corners or bridges as aggressive. Hills went ok as well. Had about 10 meter section that was real slick but the rest I could get solid running in.
