Workout: 6 Miles @ M Goal (6:35-55) + 5 x 20 sec Hills/jog down

Well I wanted to run strong but not stress about pace. First mile way faster then I wanted. I didn't feel like I was moving at 6:20 pace at all. Relaxed a little after and fell into more 6:30 give or take. Was slight head wind out and slight tailwind back. Past riverboats. Felt ok today. Not super easy but not like I was feeling a couple weeks ago. Was thinking of going for 7 today but started out fast and early in the training cycle so need stay chill. Overall pleased with today. Need to be in the workout and not trying to press for fitness or prove anything just enjoy it. Hills were actually tiring so cut 1 short of goal. wanted to have strong form
