Notes

4 mile tempo at Marathonish effort today. First real workout in a while. Goal was 25-30 minutes so ended up deciding on 4 miles. Goal was 7:35-8:00 pace with really middle of that being the idea. Felt decent overall running the first 2 miles around the park then headed out on greenway using the markers for the third mile and finish around the park. I felt pretty solid today. Breathing was good and under control legs got a little heavy towards the end which probably has as much to do with the increase in miles this week as anything. Finished the workout just how i wanted though.

4 mile Tempo: 7:50, 3rd mile 7:45 and last mile 7:39 2nd probably 7:50

6 x 10 second hills @ 800 down to 400 effort jog down
