Notes
The black mt. marathon race. Won the race although didn't run as strong as i had hoped. lack of long hilly runs really hindered my running up the steep parts. the ice and snow on the trail made fore some unstable running and hard to find rythem. was in the lead from the start as i wanted to get space in between people in the first 2.5 mile road section. last 4 miles was brutal and thought for sure i was going to get run down. overall a win is a win but still know if i ever choose to push myself in training for a long period of time again i have more.
