Workout: 2 x 200@R/200 jog + 2 x 400@R/2min rest + 3 x 1@LT/75sec rest + 2 x 4@R + 2 x 200 @R/200 jog

Paces: 200s- 38 400- 77 1 mile 6:05-6:12

Overall today was a pretty avg day. Legs didn't feel great or super smooth for most of the workout but I was able to hit the splits I needed for pretty much everything. Think I still have sting taken out of the legs from Saturday. First LT rep felt the toughest. Last one I tried to stay the most relaxed. First 400 felt tough switching back to that pace. Another workout ticked off so I will take it. Hopefully can nail saturday.
