4 x 15 seconds @ 800-400 effort jog back +
8 x 200 on @ 1500-800 effort (43-40)/200 jog
40.3, 40.3, 39.8, 43.2, 40.1, 43.1, 41.3, 42.1
Overall pleased with the workout. Wanted to get some shorter reps to start at a quick effort to work on my turnover a little bit. Meant to bring the wheel to roll out 100 meters but I got in what I needed. Then 200s at 1500 effort was goal but ended a little faster. The 15 seconds were all probably 400 effort. They really helped because when I switched to the 200s was surprised how much easier I hit a 40 second 200. Also able to run 2 miles at Marathon pace which I always like doing in this workout as long as I am running smooth. Also broke 40 on one of them so a little progress.
