ran with derrick, shane, reid and mark today. at 2 miles mark and i went the normal route around the gap and the rest of the guys went straight to the trail. made it to iron furnace parking lot in like 20:30 and the visitor center in 28:54. been a while since i have hit those splits which used to be just a normal run. overall legs were a little tired but think it had more to do with the Lunges i did yesterday.
