Workout: 2 x 1.5 Wave LT (400@AP/400@M)/2 min rest + 6 x 200 @R/200 jog

Overall this workout went pretty well as the final tuneup heading into Midnight 8k this weekend. During the warmup I didn't feel great. Not so much the legs but my body just felt sluggish and off so a little worried how it would go. But when I started the workout I was able to hit the first 400 no issue and from there rolled through the workout. I was a little quicker on the fast 400s then I planned for the workout so not perfect but still felt good. The 200s felt pretty smooth as well. 3 miles after running strong on that.
