Easy distance run starting at intramural field and running out to livesay. Felt pretty good from the start today so must have ate a little better yesterday. Started at 11:30 and sun came out more as I ran so pretty warm run but only thing that really got me was my stomach in the last 20 minutes kept flaring up a bit. Timed a mile around park in 8:39 moving smooth, Harper was running and I was running faster then her so guess that is something.
