Workout was 10 x 600 @ 5k-3k (2:15-2:08) with hammers on 3,6,9 @ 2k (2:04-08)/90 sec walk/jog

Overall I am pretty happy with this workout. Of the 3 Aerobic Power workouts I have done this one by far felt the best and smoothest even though it was the most difficult one on the schedule yet. Started way to fast in the first 200 on the first one so the 2:15 was run a really weird and bad way but allowed for the ability to go forward in the workout getting quicker throughout. Legs felt maybe a little lactic feeling on the hammers but not bad. Breathing was actually fairly controlled during this workout as well comparatively.
