5 x 1 @ LT (6:08-6:18) 90 sec rest + 5 x 200 @ 36-37/200 jog

Felt avg on the warmup. A little lightheaded at times but ok by the end of 30 minutes. Didn't execute the workout again. Just don't have the right mindset right now heading into workouts. I am not approaching workouts with good focus of what i want to accomplish and running scared at the start. Hit first 800 in 3:01 and finished to quick second one even quicker then in the 3rd rep i felt the legs feeling tired and mentally it was frustrating slowing up even though that was the range i needed to be. Need to be patient. Wasn't sure I was going to get 5 miles in after the 4th legs were feeling rough. Just took off thinking i would stop at 800 or 1k if needed but kept rolling. The 200s were ok. Legs felt a little wild but at least was turning it over. Love working out in Harrogate!
