Workout: 6 x 800 Meters @ AP(2:51-55)/2.5 min rest (H#3,5@2:46-49) + 4 x 200 @ 1500/200 jog

Windy day at the 400-600 stretch at the park. Very happy with how this workout went and felt better then the last 800 @ AP workout. Felt like my breathing got better as it went. Pacing could be a little bit better though. First Hammer interval though the 400 splits were to fast then slow. Then on the second to slow then too fast. After the 5th interval it didn't make the 6th starting out feel a little tougher. Funny how the legs struggled to move on friday and today able to run a 79 on the second 400 on interval 5. With wind in everything feel this was a strong showing.
