Workout: 5 x 1k @ CV (3:46-51)/90 sec + 5 x 200 @ 38-39/200 jog

Went to victor ashe was a little upset with the dog walkers but tried to chill the mind. Warmed up feeling kinda heavy legged. Not bad just heavy. The warmup felt better but still was unsure with the hills. Was surprised how i felt when I finished the first one. Thought I was more relaxed on the second but hit even faster. I think I probably over exerted effort a little more then cv effort so ended up cutting the workout 1 rep short just to not over extend. I was surprised some of the splits I was hitting though as a couple weeks ago on the 800s i was hurting more. Need to take each workout though and not get to high or low off of it. 200s were quick too. Need to chill on runs next couple days. Just couldn't find the right rythem today on the workout but got work in.
