Workout: 1 mile/2mile/ 2 x 1 mile @ LT + 4 x 200 @ 1500-800 pace

Overall not pleased with the workout today but probably something I need to work on right now as I haven't done alot of LT specific work. WIth the last one being the fartlek that was messed up with my stomach and really unsure what pace I was running. Today just didn't feel smooth at all. According to mile TT 6:15 would be high end of LT pace and just no way to hit that today. I was always planning to run mid 6:20s and run under 6:20 if I felt good but wasn't in the cards and the mid to high 6:20s felt tougher then it should. Original plan was not to do the last 1 mile @ LT but tact it on when I realized I needed a little more LT work. The 2 mile rep was good as well do have extended time of focusing at medium strong effort. 200s I felt fairly smooth on those.
