Early run out at the normal route. Legs felt good again this morning. Ran half the run then got some splits with everything between 7:35-7:47 pace and feeling easy. Around 50 degrees this morning which was different.
Strides after. First 6 around 1500-800 effort then last 2 around 400 effort. Best my legs have felt on any timed strides or short reps stuff since starting this cycle mid december.
8 x 100 strides- 6 around 18.5 then last 2 at 16.5
