Ran with Sofia and Fiona for the first 20 minutes out to the gap and then turned around to meet up with casey and caroline. little runs with them and brief chats before turning around and heading back out to meet up with sofia and fiona. felt ok when i was running on my own. legs were a little tired still from the run on sunday.
