Warmup for 20 minutes before. Was feeling ok but heavy on the warmup. Hill Reps included in this time as usual. Felt pretty good on the miles after the workout. Was running 8:20-8:30 pace easy after and went longer. This is the best I felt after the workout and knocked out 12 miles total today so biggest long run since coming back.
