Notes

used to be a staple late summer workout for me during XC days but has been forever since I have done it. I have done a few fartlek workouts like it but haven't timed it since summer of 07. Point of the workout is just to get in some neuromuscular work and get my legs use to turning over. Ran the recovery real slow so I could fully recover and not be totally out of breath. If possible I will try and get in a few more workouts like this over the next 6 weeks. I can tell I am just not efficient right now under 5:45 pace as I just haven't run that pace in workouts for a couple of years.

Hammys were a little tired on the cooldown.
