Notes

Didn't start with the idea of going long just kinda happen as i went and with parents visiting this weekend this seemed the best idea to knock it out. nothing fancy just 12 miles on the normal daily routes of greenway and around park. Legs after workout yesterday felt ok. A little stiff during the run. 7:40-50 on all the splits i got throughout the run. After the run ended up doing some strides and those felt good which i didn't expect because felt kinda tight in the hips by the end of the run. I didn't measure out just ran 20 seconds but i was getting further then 100 meters for sure based on where I normally do it.
