Easy run starting at intramural out to Livesay and around park some. Started off pretty stiff and achy today and kept it real relaxed this first 3 or so miles but started feeling pretty smooth after that. Ran an 8:50 mile around the park around mile 4 and was only slightly picking up from there. Timed 4:17 half heading back to intramural field. Pleased with how I am feeling as runs progress.
