Workout: 3 x 1 mile @ LT (6:20-30)/75 sec rest (2 min after 3) + 3 x 1k @ AP (3:35-40)/3 min rest + 3 x 100

Overall not to bad of a workout. Wanted to progress through paces feeling strong and not worry to much about making the workout overly tough. Legs had been feeling good so was looking forward to the workout. Ran the LT under control. Could have pushed sub 6:20s but wasn't the goal. Then progressed the 1ks. Last one I wanted to run 5:40 pace or quicker and did that easily. Then 100s were smooth clicking down a second each one.
