Went to Cooper Rd Trail in Cades Cove to get a long run in before the Dirty South Trail Half to close out the TTT season tomorrow on tired legs. Looking at the profile and description look like majority of run would be a wide old road bed and not long climbs so pretty runnable for the whole run. Wet to start and picked up on the way back pretty heavy with the trail being a puddle for a good bit of the run on the way back. Way to Abrams campground/ranger station has a little more down hill especially last 5.4 miles so was faster on way out than on way back but still a solid day. 54ish to hatcher, 69 to cane creek gap, and 1:38:49 to abrams ranger station. 32ish back to cane creek, 50ish to hatcher then 56ish to car. 1:47:34 second half of run. Left second toe was alittle agrrevating and si joint a little bothersome towards the end. Nutrition pretty solid and consistent.
