Notes

Warmed up 2 miles and did workout from arena to abe and back. Goal was 6:00. Got out a little to quick for 800 on the first one but settled in. Overall felt pretty good. Tried to stay relaxed and keep tempo effort. Pleased with how it wnt for the 2nd workout of the week. First time I have done 2 real workouts in a week in sometime.
