Notes
Goal was to run mid to low 35's with the outside goal of breaking 35. went out comfortably and came through the mile in 5:47 which was about 7 seconds off what I wanted. Picked up the second mile to try and start attacking a better time. Found pretty good rythem. Hit 2- 11:25, 3- 17:07, 5k-17:40, 4- mile marker off, 5- 28:20, 6- around 34. Starting to get closer to guys I should be with and beating guys I should beat so hopefully I can keep the improvement going.
