Workout: 2 mile @ M pace (6:25-50) + 2 x 1k @ AP (3:30-35) + 2 x 400 @ R (77) + 2 @ M + 2 x 200 @ 35-37/200 jog

Overall pleased with how this workout went. With the TT this weekend planned wanted a workout that hit a little of everything but not overly tough. Decided on hitting all the paces sandwiching between two M pace runs to work on endurance. First 2 didn't feel super easy but i found good rythem and what i needed to do. Was a little worried about how 1ks would feel though with short rest but only 2. Once i got going i was breathing pretty hard on the rep and working hard on the 1ks but at the same time the mechanics felt under control so i was happy. Even the 400s were tough and working but i knocked out pretty comfortable to. Not totally smooth but was moving well. Last 2 mile good running with some lactate so little slower starting out but was ok i wanted the right effort and not pushing the second mile naturally picked up without pushing so that was a good sign. Went straight into the quick 200s no rest to work on shifting. Workout was good because i pushed with short rest but everything short enough i did't shatter the legs or body.

Vet to river 3rd creek greenway not the normal waterplant due to the trains working on the tracks. Was good because no sharp turns but couldn't be certain on my 800 split.
