Notes

Workout: 5 x 800 @ AP/2 min rest + 5 x 30 sec rest

Goal: 2:45-50- Really wanted faster avg then the last time though

Last real hard AP of this block I think. Was cutting back to 5 today but was going to push some in the second half if I felt it. Overall pleased with the workout. Started quick and was able to maintain. Was feeling the work in the last half but that is ok. Still something there though so happy with it. The right pushing effort without going over the edge. Decently strong on hills.

Do have to note while a little fatigue and soreness in legs from long trail over the weekend I did have 2 days off prior which probably helped. Don't need to be crazy in workouts just keep doing what needs to be done. Maybe best shape i have been in
