Workout: 4 Miles @ AT/M (7:25-6:50) + 4 x 20 sec hill at 3k-1500 effort after

1- 6:53 2-13:49 (6:55), 3-20:46 (6:57) 4-27:41 (6:55)

Felt ok on the warmup but didn't do anything crazy on it. Figured I would start in the around 7:10 and work down but in the first half mile I was around 3:26 so felt good because I was not pushing. Tried to relax after that because I just wanted a solid first workout of this segment and not kill it. 3rd mile going up the hill back to the VC felt a little tough but was moving after. Ran good consistent miles and pleased with how this day went with all miles under 7 not really pushing for it. Hills felt ok after.
