Notes
while i wouldn't normally count it as a long run for the miles i am running right now it counts. just a fun tough day climbing some hills with the guys team. started at boone visitor center and went out to gibson gap trailhead took greenleaf trail to skylight cave and up to the ridge. ran the ridge to pinnacle and back down to the parking lot. felt pretty good myself today. really want to get some pretty regular runs up to the ridge trail this winter so I can have the strength i need when i jump into some trail races.
